The National School Defence & Security Conclave 2010, November 2010 will be held at the Bond Place Hotel, Toronto, Canada. This hotel is deally located in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge and Dundas Square. The Hotel is across the street from the Eaton Centre and steps away from the Toronto Theatre District, including the Canon Theatre, Massey Hall, Elgin/Winter Garden Theatre, The Panasonic Theatre, and other local area attractions. Many downtown Corporate and Government offices, colleges and universities, are within walking distance. The Hotel is also central to downtown Toronto Hospitals, with St. Michael's Hospital across the street. Great location and affordable prices make this the perfect choice in downtown Toronto.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION
The special rate for our participant’s sleeping room would be:
Standard (One Double Bed OR Two single Bed) - $79.00 Superior (Three single Beds) - $89.00 Deluxe – (One Queen Bed & One Double OR One Double & Twin) $99.00
Additional person in room would be - $12.00 per person
The above rates are quoted in Canadian funds on per room, per night basis maximum two adults per guestroom. All rates are based on minimum of 10 rooms. Groups less than 10 rooms the best available rate will apply. All rates are net non-commissionable, subject to applicable taxes (5%PST, 5% GST, 3% DMF). (Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations).
Individual Reservations:
Guests calling in to the Hotels reservations department must specify the name-Events & Exhibitions OR NSDS 2010 when reserving to access negotiated rates. Guests can contact the Hotel locally at 416-362-6062 or toll free at 1-800-268-9390 or email CLOAKING .
Individual Guests will be required to guarantee their reservations for late arrival by use of a major credit card. The Hotel will accept cancellation of Guest reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival and any deposits taken refunded for those rooms for the full night's stay. These cancelled rooms will be covered by the attrition or cancellation clause outlined in this Agreement.

The Airport is about 20 minutes drive from our hotel.
There is a shuttle Bus service and we are fortunate to have the stop near our entrance, below is the Airport Shuttle Bus Information incase you need it.
